I agree with many of the “minor” issues, which to a large extent involve “fixes” (e.g. produce a document saying what a convener does.
I strongly disagree with the major structural issues –
- I do not support “programs” (super-convening groups)
- Some schools seem to work fine, others don’t. Instead of rethinking all (even the ones that are not problematic) – work on a smaller piecemeal scale.
