I am in Agreement @

- Reducing # of Convening Groups to 15 or 20

- Forcing all Majors into a School (Profs + students)

- Encouraging Deans to work more on Community + Fund Raising

- Allowing Teacher Ed separate status

-Holding Faculty to 1 primary home but allowing them to belong as a peripheral member to other groups.

- Limiting chairs terms to 2 terms of 3 years each.
