The Provost Evaluation process will be implemented annually by Institutional Research (IR).

IR provides a statistical summary of the form data as well as the raw forms to the President and the Provost.

The Provost approves the statistical summary, acknowledging that it is an accurate and complete summary of the raw forms.

IR provides a statistical summary of the form data to the faculty.
