Mathematics Convening Group

The programs offered in mathematics are:

•     B.S. in Mathematics ("Traditional Track") 
•     B.S. in Mathematics ("Teacher Education Track")
•     Minor in Mathematics

Note: Ramapo College students majoring in Mathematics with "Teacher Education Track" obtain a teaching certification in Secondary Education (Grades 6-12) by following the Secondary Education requirements of the Teacher Education Program,

or they can obtain a teaching certification in Elementary Education by following the Elementary Education requirements of the Teacher Education Program by following the Elementary Education requirements of the Teacher Education Program.

Note: Teacher Education Program is a program and not a major. That is, students pursuing a teaching certification must choose a major (for instance, mathematics, or biology, etc.)  and follow mentioned above requirements of the Teacher Education Program.
