This lesson will show you how to manage tasks on a calendar.
You can use your calendar to manage and track your tasks.
1. To add a new task, click "new task."
2. Tasks appear on the calendar if they have due dates, and also appear under "Action Items" menu. Overdue tasks appear in red.
1. Fill in text fields, due dates and times. Click OK when done.
2. When the task is completed, check the status complete box.
Send yourself an e-mail reminder before the task is due. Reminders can be set days, hours or minutes prior to due date.
