PLEDGE is an original Ramapo College Web Series. Written, directed, edited, and produced exclusively by Ramapo College Digital Filmmaking students, and performed by Ramapo College Theater Arts, the project was developed in Fall 2011 and is executive produced by Professor Tobin Addington.
PLEDGE is about Christian, a once-geeky college sophomore, who never dreamed pledging a fraternity would put his life at risk. At first, Christian overlooks a dream where he is brutally killed, until the next day, when the killer from his dream is revealed to be closer than anyone would suspect. As Christian's pledge process continues and more elements of his dream come to life, his friendships are tested as he must decide how far he will go in order to belong.
