Electronic Portfolios for Teacher Education |
| Home |
As pre-service teachers, there are many tools
you can use to prepare yourselves for the demands of the classroom.
In your classes, you are learning about the value of portfolios to
demonstrate the meeting of goals and student improvement. now it
is time to demonstrate YOUR OWN progress.
This website is designed to be a guide and reference as you create your own professional portfolio. While Electronic Portfolios are highly
desirable for both their portability (imagine a CD or an e-mailed link
vs. a 5 inch binder) these steps can be used in the creation of a paper
portfolio as well. The first thing you should do is review the Standards upon which you and the Teacher Education program will be evaluated. |
